Apartamentos Vértice Sevilla Aljarafe

Dinner at the restaurant with my family was really enjoyable, and the food was very good. Hotel Vértice Sevilla Aljarafe is conveniently located about a 20-minute drive from central Seville. We had a pleasant stay overall, and the staff were okay. Breakfast was acceptable, though nothing amazing. Parking is available at the hotel for an extra charge.

The family room was spacious and had everything needed, and both it and the bathroom were very clean. The hotel is about a 20 minuye Uber ride from the historical sights, so I'd recommend it if you don't mind being a little farther from the main area. There are also supermarkets and places to eat about a 10-minute walk away. I felt very safe at night. Lovely hotel!

We stayed for seven days, and everything was perfect, even better than expected. The rooms and pool were clean and modern, and the staff were super friendly across reception, housekeeping, and the restaurants. The breakfast buffet was excellent and well worth booking. It's a little out of town, but quiet, and the bus to Sevilla city centre is easy to take. It was a wonderful trip, and thanks to Hotel Vertice Sevilla for the great work. We'd definitely stay there again if we return to Sevilla 😍

I won't use this facility again. From 20h00 to 24h00, I was on a work Zoom call. Between 21h00 and 22h00 I tried several times to order dinner through room service, calling all the numbers. I also called reception twice because I couldn't get through. They told me room service would call me back, but they never did, so I went to bed without eating. That's UNACEPTABLE for the price I paid, as I expected decent service. I'm also upset that I paid 133 euros per night booking directly with them when the rack rate on booking.com was 69 euros, though that's not the reason for my complaint.
