The rooms are decent, but the whole check-in setup was a nightmare. There’s no front desk or staff, just a virtual system, and responses from the hotel were slow. If you’re not tech savvy, or don’t speak Spanish, I’d avoid it. There’s no AC or hair dryer either, and the old radiator couldn’t be turned all the way off. The church bells next door kept ringing until midnight.

The service was great, and the place was beautifully decorated and really comfortable. It sits on the narrow streets of a scenic medieval village, which makes for a lovely setting.

We had a little private balcony with a table and chairs, a nice spot to relax. The room itself was cozy, furnished in a vintage style, with lovely stone walls and lots of character. The room service was very good, and while we were at breakfast our room was cleaned and everything put in order. There was hot water in the shower, plus shower gel, soap, and two fresh towels per person. Really good for the price 👌.

A great place to slow down, in a tiny village near the river Ebro. Haro is a lovely walk away, and it’s a center for Rioja red wine. Charming hotel, phenomenal setting!
