The flat had thoughtful little touches, and it was spacious, fully equipped, and centrally heated. The hostess was lovely and everything was very straightforward.

Angela has been attentive whenever we've needed anything throughout the at least five years I've rented the apartment. I'm very satisfied with its features, cleanliness, and the service. I'd definitely recommend it.

We slept exceptionally well: the beds were comfortable and there was no noise. The apartment is large and bright, with great views, right in the heart of Briviesca. It has an elevator and all the kitchen utensils and amenities are provided.

We spent the whole morning freezing and worried, then had to find somewhere else to stay. We never got to stay in the apartment. The message through Booking.com said we'd receive the code for the key box at the building entrance the day before arrival, but check-in was at 2:00 PM and by around 9:30 AM we still hadn't received it. We called to ask about arriving earlier, but couldn't reach anyone, their phones were off. Booking.com couldn't contact them either. Thank goodness we'd booked through Booking.com, or we'd have thought it was a scam. I'll never rent this apartment again. 😠

A very clean, cozy and spacious apartment, just right for a family trip. I spent the weekend there. 100% recommended.
