The rooms are clean, comfortable, and have everything you need. But arriving at night can be difficult because there’s no one at reception, and there’s no staff on-site to help.

The receptionist was super friendly and the service was excellent. I found the room comfortable, though it could use more toiletries, like soap, shampoo, and conditioner, plus small extras such as shower caps and slippers. I personally wouldn’t recommend the breakfast. It tasted pretty average to me and didn’t feel worth 5 euros. I’m picky about food quality, though, so if you care more about quantity, you might find it worthwhile. Just be aware the hotel is in a quiet residential area, not the historic centre. It’s still only about a 10-minute walk from there.

I stayed two nights for a full rest from walking the Camino, choosing a private room over an albergue. The neighborhood east of downtown Burgos was quiet, and it’s a short walk to the river and then along it into town. The room and modern bathroom were super clean. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and I had breakfast at the hotel both mornings. There was plenty to choose from.

Very clean, friendly staff, and fast WiFi, so I really had nothing to complain about. The bus terminal is hardly a 10-minute walk, mostly straight along the way. My room faced the main road at the back, but with the windows shut I heard literally no traffic. Summer could be harder, though. A few fittings could use attention, but it’s generally a very nice place. Breakfast is available for a fiver. Absolutely worth it.
