On 1st May, my husband and I stayed here while walking the Camino De Santiago. The hotel was well placed near the town centre and the Cathedral. Staff were very professional, and breakfast had plenty of choice and was great. Our room was nice and had a bath. We enjoyed our stay.

I spent three days here for a rest during my camino. The service was exceptional, and my room was spacious, clean, and quiet despite being beside the street. The bed was comfortable, and the WiFi was fast and steady. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. The hotel is conveniently placed for the main sights. The Cathedral and Monasterio de San Juan are within walking distance, while Cartuja de Santa Maria de Miraflores and Monasterio de Santa Maria la Real de las Huelgas are a short taxi ride away.

The WiFi and air conditioning were both weak, and we had bedbugs. It was expensive misery. Staff brushed off our complaints, with the receptionist saying the WiFi was free, so it didn’t need to be good. There were mistakes on the final bill too, and they gave us the wrong ticket to leave the parking lot.

It’s a nice three-star hotel, with rooms that are a bit small but clean and tidy. The public parking is about a 10-minute walk away, and staying at the hotel gets you a 4-euro saving.

Right in the town center, and a great deal for the price. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. They’re pretty basic, but clean, and the people were friendly.
