Breakfast was a dream, beautifully presented and well organized, with Cari, an amazing woman, leading the team. At the front desk, Pia and Natalia made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and handled everything with warmth, professionalism and the right level of service. I recently spent a night at NH Collection Hotel, better known as Palacio de Burgos, in Spain. I've travelled extensively around the world over the past 45 years, and paying attention to little details can sometimes be a curse. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. I let the staff know how pleased we were, and wanted future travellers to know that this kind of hospitality and care still exists. Bon voyage.

We're loyal regulars and always look forward to staying here at NH Burgos. The beautiful historic hotel is full of art and features. It's dog friendly and well placed for walks along the river and around the city centre. Breakfast is particularly varied, and the breakfast staff are very attentive.

All good. We stayed two nights in a premium room overlooking the Cathedral, and it was worth it. Breakfast by the cloisters was magnificent, and all the staff were professional. The hotel is near the bus station, Cathedral area and plenty of bars.

The breakfast alone is a reason I like NH. I appreciated the smoothie from the ladies, a lovely way to start the day. Make sure to look around the galleries on your way to breakfast. The location couldn't be better, and the building itself is amazing, an old cloister that also served as a military academy.

The friendly, helpful reception staff made a good impression, and we also had dinner at the restaurant, which was good value. Dinner starts at 7pm, a big plus for me. The hotel is modern, clean, spacious and nicely kept. Its cloister area makes for a unique stay, and the old town is an easy walk away.
