Apartamentos Turísticos Cáceres Medieval

For a visit to Cáceres, the location in the historic center is ideal, and the price makes it a good choice for a short stay of two or three days at most. The furnishings are minimal, and it needs some upkeep, with peeling paint and loose doors and windows. Lighting is very poor. There is air conditioning, which is welcome, but only in the living area. The bathroom has a whirlpool tub that’s great for relaxing after sightseeing, though not so suitable for showering. I’d recommend it for the location and price, but only for a brief stay.

The apartment was cozy, had everything we needed for a relaxing, rejuvenating stay, and felt like home. The owner was very friendly. It’s right in the city center, though a bit tricky to reach the first time. After that, no problem. There’s a parking area nearby. 10/10, we’ll be back!

Héctor, the owner, is delightful and will try to help with anything. The house is in a prime location, and the apartment is very comfortable: two bedrooms, a jacuzzi in the bedroom, a full bathroom with a hydromassage shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and a fireplace in the living room. We spent a weekend at the Sensey apartment. It was such a welcoming, wonderful stay. Finding it can be a little tricky the first time in Cáceres, but after that you can’t miss it. We left relaxed and refreshed, and in love with Cáceres. We’ll definitely return.

The beds were a letdown: the frames are poor quality and the mattresses are bad. The kitchen also lacks cookware and utensils if you’re staying several days. The toaster only works with sliced bread and doesn’t make proper toast, the saucepans are poor quality so milk burns and sticks, and there’s no bread knife. Cleaning was lacking too. The location is perfect, right in the old town, in an 18th-century building. It’s spacious, with a good-sized living room, good heating, and a decent bathroom.
