The personal service made a big difference. I needed help with a dress for an event, and they sent someone right to my room. It saved my evening, and the staff were kind and attentive throughout. The breakfast was fresh and generous, much better than I expected for the price. Godoy Palace was a lovely place to slow down in Cáceres and enjoy the countryside at our own pace. The town is charming and understated, and this was one of my favorite stops on the trip. The grounds are beautiful, too, and I’d gladly come back. The building has been restored with real care and respect for its history. It feels modern without losing its charm, and it’s one of the most beautiful properties I’ve stayed in. It gave us a five-star experience with a warm Spanish countryside feel.

Miriam at the front desk welcomed us warmly, and Michael and Manuel at the entrance were always friendly and ready to help. We felt very well looked after. Palacio Godoy is a beautiful hotel full of history and charm, in a great spot in Cáceres. The atmosphere is calm and elegant. Thanks for everything, we hope to return one day.

I stayed here on a recent business trip and had a relaxing, enjoyable time. The hotel is lovely and quite new, in the historic part of Cáceres, with restaurants and attractions close by. From reception to the bar and room service, everything was just right. The staff were very professional and took care of whatever I asked for. Thanks to everyone who made the stay so comfortable. I'll definitely be back soon, and I hope to have a Turkish mocha there too. The bar staff will know what I mean! :-)

This historic building has modern rooms and facilities, and the hotel is a gem right in the center of the historic center. Breakfast was great, and the staff and service were very nice. Parking is the one downside. There’s public parking nearby for about 16 Euro, though we managed to find free street parking next to the hotel.

The staff made the visit easy from the start: check-in was quick, the concierge shared useful local tips, and everyone we met was courteous and professional. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was a highlight, with great food, lovely presentation, and a pleasant atmosphere. The rooftop bar is worth a visit for drinks and the views. The spa and indoor pool were a welcome place to unwind. We had a spacious, quiet room with elegant furnishings and thoughtful touches. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom modern and spotless, and the free WiFi worked seamlessly. The decor kept the building's historic character while providing modern conveniences. Set in a beautifully restored 16th-century palace right in the historic centre of Cáceres, Palacio de Godoy Cáceres feels grand and distinctive. We had an outstanding stay and would happily return. It’s a superb choice for a romantic getaway or a city break combining history, elegance, and comfort, and we wholeheartedly recommend it.
