Hotel Port LLigat

We spent four days here with my family and had a real treat in the beautiful village of Cadaques. The hotel is close to the Dali house-museum and an easy walk from the village center. The rooms weren't the most modern, but they were charming and perfectly clean, and the staff were very friendly. From our bedroom terrace we had an incredible view over Port Lligat and enjoyed some lovely sunsets. Apparently a major renovation is planned before too long, so we'll definitely come back.

We had a wonderful week at Hotel Port Lligat, which has a regional character that makes you feel as if you've traveled back in time. The room, food and drinks were all great value for the price, and the staff were very helpful. Thanks to Victor for the warm welcome and for showing us around. We'd definitely recommend the experience and will return.

The hotel's vintage decor added to its charm. It's an easy walk to the center, and Casa Dali is right there too. The location is excellent, and in my opinion the view is the best in the city. Staff were friendly, and breakfast was nice and available until 10:30. I stayed for a beautiful June weekend and would recommend it if you're looking for a nice place in Cadaques at good value.

The location is fantastic, but the hot tub was cold, which was a major letdown with that great view. Google mentioned a free breakfast, but it costs $12 per person. I'm writing mainly to warn people about the bathtub and shower, which felt dangerously slippery. I'm 41 and slipped three times, though I didn't fall, and the surface still scared me. At 20, I think I might have been at serious risk. If slipping and falling is a concern for you, I can't recommend the place. Everyone else, be careful.
