10/10
The restaurant food was really good, and the staff are what made the stay for me. Everyone, from reception to housekeeping and the restaurant, was welcoming, polite, and friendly. The beach and the shopping and restaurant street are only a short walk away. The room was much too small for four, and there was no bigger one available, though that wasn't the hotel's fault. The pool was tiny too, mostly suited to little kids. The slightly larger indoor pool costs extra. Still, the staff made it a very good stay, so five stars.

We had a lovely stay and would come back in summer if the hotel had entertainment. There was plenty of different food each night, and we never went hungry. My children especially liked the fresh fruit and tubs of ice cream. Since we were leaving before breakfast, the hotel gave us a picnic bag with quite a few things, though the sandwich wasn't very nice. We were in room 425 as a family. It was very clean, with a powerful shower, and the reception, cleaning, restaurant, and bar staff were all friendly. The bed was a little uncomfortable, and the room could have used a bin, since the only small one was in the bathroom.

The bar area was spotless, the staff were friendly, and the food was top class. We were here for three nights and would happily come back.

Amazing food and service made this the best hotel I've stayed at. It was great, a 11/10, and I'd definitely recommend it.
