Sunsea Village

We had a really good stay in a spacious, clean apartment with lovely views. It was very quiet, which we appreciated. Benidorm itself is a bit far away, so we took taxis to get there and back. Sabrina at reception was a big help with whatever we needed, including calling taxis. When we missed our transfer, she arranged a taxi to the airport for us. Very grateful for all her help.

There's no food on Sundays, and the place is shut on Mondays. The shower was cold, and when the shop is closed you can't have a drink by the pool, so you end up burning and getting dehydrated. There isn't an oven for cooking either. What a joke of a place. Don't make the same mistake!

Sabrina, the hotel manager, was outstanding and went above and beyond for us. We stayed four nights and couldn't recommend the place highly enough. We'll be back.

It’s easy to get on buses from here if you want to go further afield, and Mijas is within walking distance for a wander around the noble town. The welcome was smooth and inviting, with attentive, discreet service at an excellent breakfast. The hotel has Andalusian character and is very clean and ornamental. It feels like staying in someone’s grand home, but without being imposing or ostentatious.
