Bh Mallorca Apartments - Adults Only

The room was clean and the food was good, but I wouldn't stay again. We were there in September 2019, and the cleaning staff wouldn't take no for an answer. If you want a quiet day in your room without interruptions, it's not going to happen. They make you get out. There was only a sheet on the bed, no blanket or spare sheets. It was warm during the day but freezing at night, so they really need to provide blankets. The apartments' bar also charged for food and drinks, which feels like a rip-off when you're paying for all inclusive. The inclusive hotel wasn't a long walk away, but that still wasn't good.

The place was filthy, with hair everywhere that definitely wasn't ours. There was mould on the ceilings and walls, rusty radiators, broken furniture and cracked tiles. After I complained to reception, we were moved to a refurbished room with fresh paint and a new bathroom, but the cleaning was still questionable. The floor was dirty again, there was hair around the room that wasn't ours, and snot was stuck to the bathroom tiles. The towels were washed-out grey instead of white, and not soft. I've used better ones at home for cleaning my floors. If you want somewhere clean and comfortable, this isn't it. You'd find better at a holiday camp.

The pool looked lovely and was very clean apart from the corners, where there was a lot of buildup that looked like sick. The room itself was lovely and very clean, with a nice pool view from the balcony. But the rest of our stay at BH apartments was a big disappointment for me and my two friends, who flew out on 11 July. At check-in, the older woman at the front desk spoke to us very rudely. We were asked to pay €47 each upfront as a room deposit. That's normal, but we'd not been told before arriving, and we only got €30 back at checkout because we were supposedly taxed on it. We chose all inclusive because we thought it would save us money. We'd been told there'd be events and pool parties during the week, but nothing happened, and the pool shut at 7pm every night. They said there'd be a different food theme each night and unlimited alcohol until 8 or 9pm, but breakfast was the same every day and seemed to include dinner leftovers. Lunch was much the same, sometimes with different kinds of chicken mixed in. Dinner was very basic too, just chips and chicken nuggets. There was only one bar staff member all day, and the queue stretched out the door. The drinks were undrinkable, so watered down that the 25-minute wait wasn't worth it, especially when we were told we could only have one drink at a time. We had one drink each the whole week, then bought drinks at the shop across the road and took them to our room. I wouldn't return. Such a waste of money.

On arrival, the woman was so rude and tried to charge us more because Spanish laws had changed. We hadn't been told about this, and luckily we didn't have to pay. The rooms weren't clean and didn't match their description. You couldn't get water during the day without a cup token. If you lost it or it was taken for any reason, you'd have to pay €1. Definitely not worth the money, and don't pay for all inclusive because it really isn't. Overall, false advertising.
