Globales Pionero

I spent two weeks there with me and my nanny, and it was great for kids. We had a lovely balcony view, a fun pool, and a very nice all-inclusive restaurant. The food and drinks were great too. It's only a five-minute walk to the beach. I'd definitely go again and recommend it to my friends.

Everyone on staff was friendly, from reception and cleaners to bartenders and the restaurant team, and the entertainment was very good. The food was mediocre overall, though a few dishes were really delicious. The biggest frustration was the pool sunbeds. Two hotels in the chain share the pools, so you have to get up at 7am to find a spot. People reserve beds with towels and then go off, and I spent half my holiday sunbathing on the grass. That's not the holiday I expected from an all-inclusive booking. Room cleaning was terrible when we arrived. The sink had beard hair from the previous guests, and there was hair on the floor too. They do clean daily, which is good, but the cleaning isn't very thorough.

Our kids loved the daily activities, and the evening shows were fun for adults too. The animation team were energetic and creative, and made a real difference to the stay. We also found the facilities spotless and modern, with spacious areas and fantastic pools that everyone enjoyed. Meals were a pleasure, with a good range of high-quality food and attentive service. There was something for everyone, and staff made an effort to accommodate different tastes. The whole team were friendly, professional, and ready to help with a smile, making us feel welcome throughout. We just got back from an amazing family stay, and everything exceeded our expectations. We'd happily recommend it to families looking for a fun, relaxing holiday, and we'll definitely return.

The pizzeria food was great, and meals had a really welcoming feel. The servers were lovely when seating us and clearing plates. The animation team were especially friendly and funny, and I joined in with pretty much every activity. It was my third year back, and I made some great friends again. Thanks for another lovely stay!
