If you’re staying more than seven days, dinner may start to feel repetitive. Nightly entertainment was inconsistent, from fantastic to quite poor, though Eszter, who leads the animation team, was exceptional and a real asset. The restaurant food itself was very good. We had a lovely stay at Valentin Somni. The hotel was incredibly clean, and the staff were excellent, welcoming and ready to help. The pool area was pleasant, and we had no trouble finding sunbeds. The location is convenient for town and the beach, both about five minutes away, though the walk back is a little uphill. The standard rooms are nice but very small, with the bath and toilet open to the bedroom rather than in a separate bathroom, plus very limited wardrobe space. We upgraded to a Silver room and were glad we did, as it was much larger. I’d recommend the hotel, especially if you can upgrade.

We really appreciated being able to leave our luggage safely after the 11am checkout and keep using the facilities and showers until our 8pm airport departure. That made the last day much easier and more enjoyable. The surrounding area was peaceful and quiet, with busier places for restaurants, bars or nightlife still easy to reach. The whole stay felt relaxed and luxurious. Food and drinks were great, and every staff member we met was friendly and helpful. The hotel looked clean, modern and beautifully designed; the lovely scent at reception made it feel like walking into a spa. There were thoughtful touches too, including champagne on arrival. We had an amazing time, would return without hesitation, and are already missing it.

The themed dinners were fun to try, and the food had plenty of variety. Mexican night was my favourite. The hotel is beautiful, with lovely rooms and facilities that suited a spa retreat. We were given birthday cakes and wine, and the staff supported us when we faced a difficult incident. My partner and I came for a week as a birthday getaway. The service and quality were exceptional, and in all my years of travelling I’ve never met staff so kind and charismatic while maintaining such high service standards. I’d especially like to thank Max, Ezsther, Dani, Ivan, Christian, Miguel, Maria Cruz, Anna, Melanie, Richardo, Ricky and many more. We’ll definitely return, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Mallorca.

The indoor pool was very good, and we especially enjoyed Dani’s aqua aerobics class there. Staff were friendly and helpful, and housekeeping kept our room exceptionally clean. The buffet had good variety and quality across the themed nights, particularly the salads, fish, meat and pasta. Desserts weren’t as good. We had a fantastic seven-night stay through Jet2holidays. Our double deluxe room was well equipped but a bit small. We thought about paying the 40 euro per night upgrade, but it was too much for us. The shower and toilet were glass partitions with a curtain for some privacy, so it felt too cramped. I usually used the hotel toilet near reception instead. I’d highly recommend staying here, though consider a room upgrade if your budget allows.
