The team is what makes this hotel special, from reception to the bar and dining staff. The animation crew deserve a special mention too. Milan, Sam, and Antonio were kind, enthusiastic, and real entertainers who made our holiday. The location is handy for the beach, shops, and restaurants. All-inclusive food and drink has a fantastic selection, with an à la carte meal included if you stay at least a week. Allergens are clearly marked on the food, and there are plenty of branded drinks, including Estrella beer, Bacardi, and Jim Beam.

We've stayed here many times and will keep coming back in the years ahead. When we're in Santa Ponsa, this is definitely our hotel. Thanks, Ray Done Jamie, for another perfect holiday. It's very clean, the food is spot on with lots of choice, and the beach, shops, and bars are close by. It's ideal for anyone with mobility issues.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We had great food at both the snack bar and buffet, and the cocktails were excellent. Some branded alcohol was included in the all-inclusive drinks, which was a nice touch. Daytime and evening entertainment were good, with Antonio and Sam especially brilliant. We'd definitely come back.

We had ten lovely days here for our honeymoon and will definitely return next year. The rooftop pool is for adults, with luxurious sunbeds that made it a great place to sunbathe. They also provided pool towels, which you could change three times a week. The food was lovely, and all-inclusive covered cocktails and branded drinks served in proper gin and pint glasses, rather than plastic beakers. We couldn't fault it. Such a beautiful hotel, and it deserves a higher rating than four stars, more like five!
