A lovely place outside Palma and good value for money. The room was great, with nice little balconies and views, and the staff were very accommodating. The pool is lovely, but it's a shame it closes so early. Breakfast was average, nothing special, and I didn't like the slippery wooden shower floorboards. The hotel was clean and tidy. A taxi into central Palma cost 15€.

We've made a tradition of coming back every year with the family, ever since my daughter was born. This welcoming, peaceful little white retreat sits in a privileged spot almost right by the sea, in the beautiful area of Casc Català. Hansi, the very kind gentleman who runs the hotel, welcomes us every time. The pool is amazing and gives the whole complex a special atmosphere. We love the excellent food and cocktails, and the bedrooms are very comfortable. It's a fantastic holiday oasis. Thank you for having us back each year!

Zhero may not be a five-star hotel, but the staff deserve ten stars. Everyone was kind and helpful, and they make you want to return. Ivan, thank you for everything. The hotel is clean, good value, and in a nice area that feels safe and tidy, with cafes and restaurants nearby. The bus stop is right across the road, and the N4 goes to the city centre for 2eur.

This was my third visit, and the staff were welcoming, warm, and professional once again. They're the main reason I keep returning and make the experience feel special. I love this hotel and would happily recommend it. The breakfast is fantastic, and the location is ideal, close to Palma city centre and the airport, with plenty of beach options nearby. The pool area is really cool, and the facilities are great.

The room was cozy, quiet, and comfortable, and the hotel has a great pool. It's also just five minutes from a sandy beach. Breakfast has a huge range of food, and the bus stop for central Palma is close by, with buses coming often. Everything was great. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. Highly recommend the stay!
