The shower was so small I had to keep half my body out of it. Rooms are dated, though clean, and the food was average at best. It's somewhere in the middle as hotels go, but for the price I can't complain too much.

The staff were kind and helpful, speaking Spanish and English, with other team members able to assist in Polish, German, or Russian. The pool is open from 10 AM to 6 PM, and there's also a football and basketball court, handy for children or groups. The sea is a 5-7 minute walk away. The room was compact, as you'd expect at a resort, but there was enough wardrobe and shelf space unless you'd brought half your closet. The bathroom was cramped, and the shower could feel too small for a larger person. At check-in, guests get reusable cups for the bars and snack areas. They help show that you're a hotel guest, but without one you can't get drinks covered by all-inclusive and would have to pay. After four or five days, you'll probably have tried all the food. A few more dishes would bring some variety to breakfast and dinner. Outside meal times there are drinks, but to get food you have to go to another hotel building, which can be inconvenient. For the price, it met expectations and its current star rating. With a few of those small improvements, it could be a four-star place.

We were a group of six staying for a week, and the bathrooms were tiny and uncomfortable. The shower curtain kept sticking to me, which was disgusting. The all-inclusive package didn't feel worth the price. At dinner there were no drinks brought to the table, so we had to get up for them ourselves. They also didn't leave fresh water in the rooms each day, and there wasn't even a way to refill a bottle in the kitchen. Paying guests should be able to get clean drinking water. At the bar, cocktails came only in flimsy plastic cups. If you didn't take one, the only options were juice or water. That isn't acceptable for an all-inclusive resort, and the price didn't match the quality or service.

The location is a big plus, with the beach just a two-minute walk away and mini golf, a waterpark, and an aquarium nearby. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable, though you can hear everything from upstairs, and the glass bathroom doors are loud at night. I enjoyed the all-inclusive drinks, especially the cocktails and local beer on draft. Meals can get repetitive at lunch and dinner, so picky eaters may prefer the pool snack bar. The air conditioning was weak, just a vent system rather than a proper unit, and an unmonitored side gate meant the pool area wasn't secured against public access. I had a decent stay for the price and location, though some things could be better.

A female receptionist was helpful and moved my friend to another room after several days of noise complaints. Some bar staff were lovely too, despite having to deal with a lot of difficult people. Most staff, though, seemed unconcerned about the noise. It came from other rooms and corridors, late arrivals, the street, and poor sound insulation. The main areas, bedding, and towels were clean, but the rooms and furniture were worn and need upgrading. Bathrooms are small, with tiny shower cubicles and rickety doors or old fashioned curtains. I was concerned about the food labels. Signs said to ask staff about allergies, but when I asked what was in the mixed salads, I was told vegetables. One had grated cheese, which I can't eat because I'm lactose intolerant, and another had diced ham, though I don't eat meat. The chef walked away saying in English that he didn't understand me. Two other staff took my room number to pass the matter to a manager, but no one got back to me. A few new signs appeared for melon, margarine, and butter, which I had already identified myself. People with serious allergies or vegetarians should be aware. My other main concern was that housekeeping removed my bedding, towels, toilet roll, and soap at 11:20, before my noon checkout. I came back to take a quick shower but couldn't, even though my suitcase and other things were still in the room. A bizarre way to treat guests. I wouldn't return.
