The beach is only a three-minute walk away, and the hotel is near the shops and bars. We slept well on the third floor with no noise, and all the staff were friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious, with daily housekeeping. The food was good, with plenty of variety and themed nights. Our main problem was finding places to sit for entertainment. People started waiting from 6 pm after the pool closed, so unless you sat there for hours, you couldn't get a seat. Sunbeds were a similar struggle. The hotel says they don't allow reservations, but towels were already on them every morning before breakfast. We only got two poolside days out of seven, and walked to the beach on the others. The hotel shares facilities with two sister hotels, so three hotels use them. I think that's why the pool and entertainment area were short on space.

If you're on a budget, this hotel is okay. There's enough room for two, and the staff are generally nice. The food was varied, tasty, and plentiful, and there could be more tables outside by the pool. The bathroom needs better upkeep, repairs, and more attention to cleanliness. Our towels and sheets were changed every two days, and only after we insisted and were careful about it. The TV had few channels and a poor signal, while Wi-Fi was disappointing. Avoid rooms 130-133, especially 132. I think ventilation ducts, perhaps from the kitchen, make a loud noise from around 6:30-6:50 in the morning until 21:30-21:50. You can't sit on the balcony because the noise is maddening. Some guests were disrespectful, drank too much, made a lot of noise, or let their children behave badly. We won't choose this hotel again.

The hotel is accessible for disabled guests, with well-designed lifts, ramps, and shared areas, and it's about a five-minute walk to the beach with shops and restaurants nearby. I had all-inclusive, and the restaurant and cleaning staff were kind, helpful, hardworking, and always smiling. One person seemed to be a manager, a short man around 160 cm often wearing a blazer and carrying two phones. I greeted him several times and he never replied, always looking grumpy. In my view, that set a poor example. My room was clean and tidy, and towels and linen were changed regularly, but there was visible wear: broken sockets, headboards coming away from the wall, and old bathroom and shower silicone that needs replacing. The TV had very limited channels and sometimes didn't work. Wi-Fi was weak and frequently disconnected. The food was fresh and tasty with a good range, though it repeated after a few days. Restaurant service was organised and tables were cleared quickly. Parking was €10 a day plus a deposit, with no clear reason given for the deposit. It seemed unnecessary, as only two parking spaces were occupied during my stay. In October the weather was mixed and the pool was very cold. The pool is shared with a neighbouring hotel, so it may get crowded in season. I'd rate this as three stars rather than four. It has friendly staff apart from that one exception, is clean, serves good food, and is close to the beach, but maintenance and management need attention. Room: 4. Service: 5. Location: 4. Main advantages: accessible for disabled guests, close to the beach, good food, cleanliness. Weak points: poor Wi-Fi, dated room fittings, paid parking.

We're leaving tomorrow after a great week. The pool has been lovely in this heat, and the rooms are good. We've all slept well. The restaurant is clean and has lots of food, with something even for fussy eaters. The staff have been friendly and lovely. I'd recommend the hotel and its location. Xxx
