We were pleased when they moved us to a more accessible apartment, though it took 3 nights and I was disappointed they hadn’t followed my repeated requests for somewhere with minimal stairs because of a health concern. The first apartment involved a slope and 45 steps. When a child had a medical emergency in the middle of the night, the staff acted quickly and appropriately. I was very pleased with how they handled it. The location and amenities were wonderful.

The clubhouse and children’s club staff were all super friendly. The resort has also made good use of digital tools to make information easy to get, and lots of thoughtful details helped tourists enjoy their stay. Our family enjoyed every bit of our time there. The swimming pool and sauna were the weak spots. I suppose a crowded pool and people standing in the sauna during winter are what you might expect at a place like this. There wasn’t much to complain about, especially considering it was affordable, and we had a great stay.

There were cockroaches in the room, spotted a couple of times. It wasn’t a problem for us since we’re from a tropical place where that’s normal. Otherwise, it was an amazing place, with a “wow” first impression, lots to do, great views and a good experience overall. I’d recommend it 100%.

There were lots of children around, so it’s very much a family resort. Hapimag gave us the ground-floor room we’d requested, which we appreciated. The rooms are modern, clean and well equipped, and we were very happy with our stay. The outdoor pool isn’t heated, but the indoor one was warm enough for babies. Bars and restaurants are an easy walk away.
