The staff were nice, and the hotel might suit older guests, couples, or families after a quiet, laid-back area. Still, I wouldn't have chosen it if I'd known what the stay would be like. I'd have preferred a cheaper place nearer the beach. The property is spread out, our block was hard to find, and the directions weren't clear. Reception is inconvenient if you don't want to walk far, and there weren't many staff nearby to ask for help. Towels cost extra, which felt excessive with so many pools. The walls are very thin, and pool music played from very early until late. Housekeeping was prompt and kind, but came into our room without knocking, which has never happened to me in all my travels. For a four-star resort, the in-room amenities were far below what I expected. The smart TV didn't work, and all we got was two flimsy towels. The hotel was okay for someone wanting a very quiet, chill location, but the music and lack of support made it hard for us.

The night staff were very kind when we had trouble with a Just Eat order because of the language barrier. One of them offered to help and even called the restaurant for us. Everyone we met spoke fluent English and gave good service. We were disappointed by two things about the booking. Hotels.com said breakfast buffet was included, but at the hotel we were told it wasn't part of our reservation. Our triple superior room also didn't look like the listing. We'd expected a separate single bed in another room, but it was a sofa bed in the same room as the two other single beds. It wasn't a major issue, but it would've been good to know what we were actually getting.

The room's size was the one bright spot. Mine was spacious, though friends who paid the same price for the same room got rooms two or three times smaller. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful. The hygiene was appalling. From 24-29 September 2025, there was black hair on the fresh sheets and towels every day, even though I'm bleach blonde. I spent hours picking it all up, only for more to appear the next day. It felt as if there was more after each cleaning visit, and I couldn't understand how anyone could leave so much hair on supposedly clean linen. There was hair wrapped around the shower hose and mould on the tiles, and both the sink and shower were clogged and drained badly. The small, thin bathroom towels were covered in hair every time they were replaced. The beds had no proper frame or base and were on wheels, so the single beds kept sliding apart whenever we moved. There was no proper duvet, just a sheet and a thin, bobbly blanket with other people's hair on it. It didn't seem to get washed, and there was no duvet cover, just another sheet. The pillow covers were hollow and open at both ends, so the dirty, hair-covered pillows kept coming out. There was no drinking water or kettle in the room. The mini fridge was empty and didn't work. We only got a key at check-in and had to find the room ourselves, with no one showing us around or helping with luggage. WiFi only worked in parts of the room. Breakfast had few choices and wasn't very good, though at least we didn't get food poisoning. The walls were paper-thin too, so we could hear everything, especially other people flushing their toilets.

A peaceful, clean, and comfortable place to stay, with very friendly and professional staff. They speak several languages and were helpful with all our basic needs. Breakfast was amazing, with lots of tasty vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. I'd definitely return.
