What stood out most was how attentive and friendly the staff were. Everyone seemed ready to help with a smile, and Victoria at the front desk went above and beyond. Her warmth and professionalism left a lasting impression. The hotel sits away from the busy tourist centre, which gave it a peaceful atmosphere. We woke each day to a breathtaking view across a beautiful bay. The whole property was impeccably clean, and the spacious, modern rooms were very well maintained and comfortable. For quality and overall experience, it felt closer to a Hilton LXR or Conrad than a standard Hilton. I’d highly recommend it to Mallorca visitors looking for a refined, quiet setting away from crowded tourist areas.

The indoor pool, saunas and padel were great, and I’m sure the outdoor area is fantastic in season. Our family suite had only a slight sea view, but that worked fine, and the trees to the left may have made it even nicer. We felt like valued loyal Hilton customers and liked the room. For us, the location was perfect, even if some might disagree: it’s away from the beach noise and bustle, and works well for exploring the island by car. My only minus was the lack of an executive lounge for Diamond members or Premium Suites.

Victoria at reception deserves a special thank you. She was kind and helpful, and made a lasting impression. The whole team were professional, welcoming and keen to help. Recent renovations show throughout the Hilton Mallorca Galatzo. Our room was spacious, spotless and had a very pleasant feel. The facilities are top-notch, including three well-maintained tennis courts that are very convenient if you’re a fan of the sport. We had an exceptional stay, highly recommend the hotel, and are already looking forward to our next visit.

For a quiet break, this hotel is ideal. The views are breathtaking and there are plenty of sun loungers, so there’s no rush to get a bed. A courtesy bus also takes you to Peguera for a change of scene. The food was first class, just what you’d expect of Hilton. Staff were attentive and friendly whenever we asked for something. Pablo was very helpful, and Mavi and the dark-haired lady serving cocktails gave excellent service. Giovanni greeted us professionally and warmly when we arrived early on Sunday at 3am. You’d never have guessed the time. Our suite was immaculate and had everything we needed, with more available on request.
