Tent Mojito

The hotel was quiet both day and night, and we made use of the lounge and pool table in the evenings. There's also a large pool and a good gym, plus a special river full of fish that was a great design feature. Our room was clean on arrival, and we could get fresh towels when we needed them. Having a phone to call room service was amazing. Breakfast ran until 1 and was delicious, with everything tasting so good and feeling well worth it. The location helped a lot too, just a straight five-minute walk from the beach.

There were 15 of us, sharing 8 rooms for three nights, and the hotel provided what it had promised. The rooms were clean, and brunch was available throughout with plenty of options.

Worst hotel stay ever. My roommate and I both saw and heard what we thought was a woman's ghost in our room, shouting at us to leave. There was scratching under the bed and banging on the walls. I never believed in ghosts before staying here, and I'm still in shock as I write this. Just avoid.

We were impressed by how the hotel looked and by our room, the cheapest room/suite for two. It had two balconies, a living room and kitchen separate from the bedroom, and a proper shower instead of a bath. There's a ceiling fan in every room and free air conditioning. Housekeeping came daily with fresh towels. The 24/7 gym has dumbbells and a treadmill, but no air conditioning. The rooms were lovely, and the location is close to everything in Magaluf, so we had a decent nine-day high-season stay. Food started out nice but got worse. Scrambled eggs were watery, toast came out burnt, and the other bread was often old and hard. The churros could be very hard too. We found the food was better the earlier we ate, as they sometimes didn't replace it for later diners. The jam and Nutella machines often broke. We sometimes felt uneasy about security. At night there was sometimes just one woman, who barely checked who came in, and we didn't see security patrolling. A father even showed us a video of a random guy trying to break into a hotel room, which really scared us. Guests could be loud, though this is a budget hotel with more young people staying there.
