Claudia and Jorge were such thoughtful hosts, with great suggestions for places to visit. We stayed a week at Apartmentos Samelar while traveling to Cantabria from the U.S., and loved the apartment, the village, and the surroundings. It's a wonderful spot for hiking, quiet, and rural scenery, with plenty of walks beginning just outside. The apartment was spotless and so stylish that I took photos for ideas for my own place. I hope I can come back.

The patio is beautiful and such a lovely place to spend time 🤩 The accommodation was spotless, well equipped, and clearly cared for, with so many thoughtful touches. The service was excellent. We'll definitely be back.

The host was so friendly, and even provided an invoice without being asked. The studio was incredibly clean, and I loved how welcoming it felt, with its lovely rustic decor and all the little details. It had everything needed for a few days in the national park, from kitchen gear to a washing machine. The toiletries were organic, plant-based products of good quality. It's a little retreat I'd love to have myself.

Claudia, the owner, was so helpful and kind. It's a pleasure to meet people like her. The apartment is simple but welcoming, and every detail has been thought of, with all the equipment you need. A lovely base for a few days exploring the Picos de Europa.
