The location was excellent and the apartment layout worked well, but the place was badly neglected. Some frames had bare wood showing, and the sheets were bobbled and didn't fit. They brought replacements, but those even had holes. Toiletries were scarce and everything provided was in terrible condition. We had to buy a broom and toilet brush, and the hangers looked as if they'd come from a dumpster. There are lots of apartments listed, so to be clear, this one was managed by Susana, who never showed her face. Antonio did, though I can't remember whether he was her brother or brother-in-law. She did brag about owning a Mercedes.
