The bike storage was well organized, and Joanna gave me one of the best hotel massages I've ever had. The reception team were welcoming and helpful, and Natalia, the Guest Experience Manager, was kind, professional, and attentive to every detail. Hotel Helios Mallorca exceeded my expectations. It was spotless, and the restaurant has been renovated with a fresh, modern look. Chef Claudio's kitchen deserves a mention too, every meal was delicious and full of flavor. I can't recommend the place enough, and I'll be back.

After long rides, the sauna and pool were a real help, and Joanna's recovery massages made a big difference to the whole team. The beach is just steps away and lovely for relaxing after training. The secure, well-equipped bike room, bike wash area, and closed parking for a service car were also useful for our group, along with the laundry service. Our Polish cycling club has stayed at Hotel Helios Mallorca several times, usually with about a dozen riders, and it's been outstanding each time. The hotel is spotless, the renovated restaurant looks great, and Chef Claudio's food is delicious and suited to cyclists. Natalia, the Guest Experience Manager, is warm, professional, and always attentive. Reception staff are welcoming too. We'd recommend it to cycling teams and endurance athletes as a base for training camps and exploring the island. We'll return next season.

The room was comfortable and had what we needed for a week, and we liked the hotel's cleanliness, bright modern reception, helpful staff, and location near the beach and restaurants. We stayed at Hotel Helios Mallorca for seven days in October and had a nice time. A couple of things could be better. There isn't a guest smoking area, so smoking is only allowed outside the property, which some tourists found inconvenient and frustrating. A small area near the pool or terrace would help. Also, wind came through the window and made the room cold at night. Better insulation would make it more comfortable in cooler months. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for the service, cleanliness, and pleasant atmosphere.

We've already decided to come back in 2026, this time with our daughters. Natalia always made us feel at home and was ready to help whenever needed. This was my fifth stay at a Helios Hotel and my second at the Helios in Mallorca, though this time my wife and I came for a relaxing holiday rather than cycling. The people really shape a place, and the team here were outstanding from check-in until we left for the airport. Housekeeping kept the rooms spotless, and the chefs and restaurant staff were top-class. Chef Claudio's food was excellent, with authentic Spanish flavors alongside the usual breakfast staples like beans and eggs. Thank you!
