Hotel Vista Park

It’s a calm, family-like hotel without party crowds, and it works well for solo travellers too. This was my fourth summer holiday at Hotel Vista Park in 2025, and I’m still enjoying it. The place stays very clean and smells fresh all day. The team are kind and helpful, and the buffet has a great range of fresh food. Son Bauló is a lovely, quiet beach about a five-minute walk away. Dogs aren’t allowed there, but there’s a separate beach for dogs five minutes from Son Bauló. Small supermarkets and some restaurants are close by. The bus station is a ten-minute walk away, with buses to Can Picafort/Alcudia (324), Palma (302), and Airport (A32). There’s a clean pool, a small fitness room, and a billard table. All rooms have a balcony and mini-bar.

We had a nice family holiday, even though there were hardly any other families with children. The hotel and apartment were clean, and the staff were very nice. The dinner menu changed each evening. The main frustration was getting drinking water: it was free at breakfast, but we had to buy it at dinner despite having paid for half board. Water in the apartment tasted as if it had baking powder mixed in, so it wasn’t suitable for drinking, cooking, or even rinsing our mouths after brushing our teeth.

They upgraded us as a family of four to one of the Apartmentos across from the hotel, which was very practical with kids. The food was excellent, and everything else was great too, from the staff and cleanliness to the location. It’s about a four-minute walk to Sao Baulo beach, which is lovely and convenient for children. This place deserves more than four stars.

The rooms were very clean, the service was nice, and there’s a gym, ping pong, billiard room, pool bar, and music evenings. It’s quiet and close to the beach, and the food was delicious. I’d recommend staying here; it deserves four stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The catch is that drinks at dinner are all paid, with no water included.
