The surroundings are beautiful, and visitors are lucky to enjoy them. But I had a bad experience at this place. I’ve travelled for many years and hope to keep doing so, choosing places I’m happy to return to. I think the lack of travel experience is on your side, along with not knowing much beyond your own environment. Maybe that’s why you don’t know about the amenities offered elsewhere and don’t provide them here. It’s also curious that, despite so many negative comments and reviews, you keep replying to people on Booking.com with things like “Perhaps due to your youth and lack of travel experience...”, “That's a lie,” and “That's not how it is...” You don’t accept genuine negative reviews, instead criticizing customers for sharing their impressions after their stay. You seem to think you have a Barceló hotel, and I don’t mean to say that’s just a coincidence. Warm greetings.

The penthouse we were given didn’t match the photos. The bathroom was small, the shower tiny, and the ceiling very low. The beds weren’t comfortable. There were no bedside tables, windows, or electrical outlets in the bedrooms; the whole apartment had only 4 outlets. A gap in the wall connected two bedrooms to the living room and kitchen. There weren’t enough dishes or cutlery.

Ramon, the owner, gave us fantastic service. The place was very pleasant and comfortable, and I’d definitely come back.

Everything was very clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The accommodation is close to Cangas de Onís, and it’s a great place to stay. Highly recommended!
