Apartamento Rosa Mar 6

We stayed in April 2025. It was quiet, and check-in was simple. You can hear everything the neighbors say to each other, which I understood to be a building issue, and the price for what you get was okay. The reason for my one-star rating is that they never replied to my messages. I left a personal item behind and only realized a few hours after checking out. I couldn't find a mobile contact, so I messaged several times through Airbnb. They stopped responding and showed no care for the customer. I was still on the island for another 8 days and could have come back for my things, but they wouldn't return them.

We left the very next day after contacting the property and booking.com to ask for a refund, but neither helped. The experience affected our vacation and is costing us financially. Do not stay there. At check-in, we liked the location and the apartment's size. Looking closer, though, we found a filthy and unsafe place. The bathrooms had broken tiles, a showerhead that looked ready to fall, and outlets covered with tape. There were no pillowcases and not enough towels. The couch had a permanent disgusting stain. [Something] was also not working. There was garbage around the room and a used razor in a drawer. Outside the window, on the roof, were dirty towels and underwear. The cookware wasn't adequate or safe, and loud neighbors above and below made it extremely noisy. This felt like a total scam.

I'm back for a second time and very happy with the stay. I'll definitely return again.
