Universal Hotel Laguna

The soundproofing in the room was poor, and ours was beside the elevator, so sleeping well at night was difficult. Still, I give the hotel 5* for the amazing people we met, especially Laura, the energetic sport trainer, and Ruben, the super funny singer. They made some great memories for us. With the lovely sea view and all the hotel activities, it seems ideal for families with kids or anyone after relaxing days. Its location may not suit young people visiting Mallorca for the first time who want to explore other parts of the island.

We loved the delicious food and the calm, satisfying atmosphere. The staff were very friendly, and the place itself is amazing. We'll definitely visit again)

The hotel was right on the beach, with a lovely pool that never felt too crowded, and they had evening entertainment too. It's in a very quiet area with just a few other hotels and some shops. We used the easy, cheap buses to get around. My daughter has celiac disease, and the included breakfast and dinner had plenty of gluten-free choices. The chips weren't gluten free, but they fried some especially for her, and the food was labelled. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Thanks to everyone at Laguna.

Breakfast was WONDERFUL, with a coffee machine, sparkling wine, and plenty of options to start the morning. At dinner there was entertainment outside, and the kids were encouraged to join in. The beach is right behind the hotel, which also has an attached restaurant. We got a complimentary drink voucher on arrival and enjoyed Prosecco at the pool bar. The staff were kind and helpful, and the room was nice, though the AC wasn't as cold as I would've liked. The walls are thin enough that we could hear the neighbors talking, but it wasn't a problem. You have to rent beach towels, and there's no attached parking garage, but free street parking was easy to find even in peak tourist season. Thanks for your hospitality!
