The games room is really comfortable, the indoor pool works well, and the barbecue area is good too. The house itself is lovely, and I've stayed here before, but it feels like maintenance has slipped. On this visit for New Year's Eve with family, my room still had no water in the toilet or sink after someone came to fix the water issue, and there was no hand soap at the sinks. I also found old cobwebs in my room. The toaster and other small appliances need replacing and can't really be used. The sauna isn't usable either. Most of this isn't a big deal, but the water problem definitely needs attention.

The facilities are hard to beat, with a barbecue, outdoor pool, indoor spa pool, and a games room with ping pong, billiards, and table football. We spent two weeks here as a family at La Balconada, and it’s the best rural house we’ve stayed in, despite having visited quite a few. The setting is wonderfully peaceful, and the house is spectacular, especially the double-height living room. There’s really nothing more you could ask for.

The shared area has grills, a pair of pools, one heated and one outdoors, plus a playground and loads of land. The house has everything you need. A spectacular place for a weekend away to unwind, highly recommended.

We’ve come back for a second stay because it’s such a calm, relaxing spot. It was clean and had everything we needed, so there was nothing to fuss over. Definitely recommend it. This time, though, the house had sheer curtains and no blinds, so the morning sun woke us up.
