Los Chozos del Geoparque

Honestly, I wouldn't stay again. The outside is really neglected, and I found it far too expensive. They also forgot to give me the room password. Inside, the room was small and the broken mosquito net let ants and spiders in. I think the owners should clear the grounds and water them properly.

The municipal pool is only about a five-minute walk away, and we can't wait to return. We really enjoyed the peaceful setting and the cabin room, with comfortable beds and everything kept very clean. It has air conditioning, a spacious bathroom, a comfortable shower, and big towels that dry well. For meals, there’s a small fridge, capsule coffee machine, toaster, and sink, which made it easy to put together breakfast or cold lunches and dinners.

Even with the local festivities going on, it stayed peaceful and there was hardly any bustle. I had a really relaxing stay, enjoying coffee at the camping tables with tea and capsules provided. The rural setting is lovely, and spring must make it even prettier. I also took a pleasant walk to see a unique tree and tried the village's artisanal bread and cheeses. There are several ways to enjoy the outdoors here. Everything was perfect.

A lovely spot in the heart of nature, surrounded by the beautiful landscape of northern Extremadura. Just right for switching off and enjoying the surroundings.
