Getting into the apartment turned out to be straightforward. They email you an entry code the day before or on arrival, and it works for both the building entrance and your own apartment for the whole stay. Any maintenance issues I had were handled promptly and efficiently. The apartment was spacious and adequately furnished, though a little dark. Its location was excellent, an easy walk from most city attractions, with plenty of nearby bars and restaurants offering lots of different experiences. I’d stay again.

Great location, but that was about it for us. We were there for three nights and had to wait a while for the entry code, which was annoying. After that, the bathroom light switch fell off the wall, the old front shutters didn’t work, and none of the sinks had plugs. There was no corkscrew, can opener, or wardrobe hangers. The bathroom hair dryer was an electrical hazard, the place felt tired, and the TV remote batteries were dead. We reported everything and were told it would be fixed, but it wasn’t. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this is one to avoid, and I don’t say that lightly.

The lifts serve both the apartments and the parking, so getting around was easier than at many places. I’ve stayed here a couple of times and loved it. It’s right in the center and worked well as a base for sightseeing and finding good food. There’s secure private parking, which cost 10€ a night in 2022. The aircon, free WiFi, decent kitchen, comfortable beds and good lounge area make it a good fit for couples or families.

The owners and operators were very friendly, and although we stayed just one night, the clean, spacious apartment had everything we needed. It’s well laid out and in a great area, right in the city center and within easy walking distance of lots of places. There’s separate parking for a small fee. I’d stay again next time I’m in the city.
