The room was so noisy that we checked out early after two nights. We heard cars and motorbikes outside, and the people next door talking, running water and doing their thing after 1 AM. There was no sound insulation between rooms. We couldn’t get a sea side room, even though I’d asked the manager’s colleague about switching the previous day and was told none were available in front of my colleague. At checkout, someone helpfully suggested changing rooms. With no sea side rooms available, that wouldn’t have helped. When I reminded the manager about my earlier request, she said I had “Imagined requesting the room.” That unacceptable attitude from a hospitality professional took my original three-star review down to one. The location near the beach is nice, but the rooms are dated, the facilities need repair and refurbishment, and the plunge pool is small. We booked through an agency. For the same price, I found great hotels nearby with full-size pools and friendly management, so there’s no reason to book here. Always check the reviews.

The food deserves special praise. Chef Paco pays close attention to quality, so it’s fresh and healthy, and the sanitation standards are very high. The waiters are respectful and elegant. I’d give the cuisine and its quality six stars. This is a calm place for a relaxing break by a quiet beach. There are no drunk people around, and everyone is peaceful. The Internet is great, and there’s a pool for children. We’re grateful to all the hotel staff for a wonderful, high-quality holiday.

We didn’t enjoy our stay, sorry. We couldn’t get parking, and although the beach is nice and easy to reach, it was very crowded. The hotel, room and bathroom all felt dated.

Getting to the beach is easy, and the staff were helpful. Breakfast was a great buffet. The sea view room is much nicer, but it costs an extra 20 euros per night.
