After 22:30 the building closes and guests have to use the side entrance, but it didn’t work for us. We were locked out for about half an hour even though someone was at reception. The receptionist plainly didn’t care about us. Terrible place. I’d rather sleep on the street.

Nobody picked up the phone, and there was no receptionist when we arrived. Some random guy ended up helping us book and check in. Awful, cheap place. Stay away.

I’ve never left a bad review before, but people should avoid this hotel. My check-in was for 9:30 PM last Saturday, yet they tried charging my card at 6:13 pm while I was on a flight. When it was declined, they sent a threatening message saying I had an hour to provide another card or they’d cancel the reservation. That was impossible to do on the plane. By the time I landed, I had to find other accommodation. I messaged to say I’d stay elsewhere for both nights and explained I’d been on a plane. Hours later they sent another aggressive message in ALL CAPS asking where I was, even though I’d already told them I wasn’t coming. Today, after I explicitly cancelled both nights, they tried charging me twice more. It feels like the hotel operates in bad faith, pressures guests, and attempts unauthorized charges even after cancellation.

We were left out on the streets of Castelldefels at 23:30 because the hotel desk clerk wouldn’t answer during working hours. We called at 22:00 to say we’d be late for check-in, but nobody picked up. When we got there at 23:00, reception had already been closed for half an hour. There were instructions for guests arriving after 22:30 to use the back door and find out how to reach their rooms. The instructions gave two phone numbers to call, including one we’d already tried during working hours, plus a WhatsApp number for emergencies. We called over and over and sent messages, but nobody answered or replied on WhatsApp. We had to book another hotel for the night. When we asked for a refund for that first night, the hotel wouldn’t help with the process. Customer service was nonexistent.
