We had the corner suite on our first night and loved it. Even the standard rooms are spacious and comfortable. Hotel Luz is close to the main train station and bus terminal, with the major attractions an easy walk away. There's a gourmet restaurant with more elaborate dishes, and morning coffee is just €2.20 per person, so it feels like good value. Excellent hotel.

The rooms are big, clean, and tidy, and there's private parking in the same building. The restaurant, aqua, is great too. It's one of the best hotels in the area. Whenever Villarreal plays another team, the players stay here.

I really like this hotel. It's clean, the staff are very helpful, and the location is perfect. Handy for my regular hospital visits.

6/10

Very clean, and housekeeping deserves credit for that. The room was roomy, check-in and checkout were quick, parking was superb, and the location was fine, close to the city. But an inward-facing room has no view. The room itself felt old and worn, with dents and visible repairs, and the towels weren't good enough for a 4*sup. Breakfast was average at best. The orange juice was fresh and the coffee came from beans, but the bread, pastries, ham, cheese, and the rest seemed like the cheapest options. The place talks itself up as a great 4*sup, but in reality it feels like a regular 3* hotel. The price does match what you get, so just know what to expect. Not bad overall.

The hotel was clean, well maintained, and well managed, and I could walk to the metro. The staff were especially helpful when my travel plans were delayed.
