Casa Rural Miravella

The views are magnificent, the house is beautiful, and we had a wonderful time. Antonio greeted us with real kindness and politeness. I also loved the cats, fed and petted them, and would happily come back for the views and fireplace. But there are a few things to know. There’s no cell phone coverage, though there is Wi-Fi. Cats are everywhere, jumping onto the porch table while you eat and sometimes sneaking into the house, so it may not suit everyone. Cleanliness could be better: the only tablecloth in the drawer was greasy and smelled awful, one sink was completely clogged, and the toaster was full of crumbs. The house was freezing cold and took quite a while to warm up, even with the fireplace and air conditioning. I also found the bed incredibly uncomfortable.

We spent New Year’s Eve there, and it was a great choice. Such a lovely, cozy house, surrounded by nature and full of thoughtful details. Antonio and Raúl were attentive and very kind. We’ll definitely come back.

The outdoor space is really well equipped, with a porch, table and chairs, plus a barbecue area. The bathroom is impressive, one of the best I’ve seen, while the bedrooms are simple and the living room and kitchen share an open-plan room. The house sits almost at the edge of the reservoir, and it’s a peaceful place. I’ve saved it to my favorites and will come back.

We loved how private and relaxing it felt, with nature all around and incredible views. The service and cleanliness were great, and the place was high quality. There’s everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen and a barbecue. We’ll be back!
