The dinner was simple, fresh, and nicely prepared, and breakfast had plenty of variety and good quality. Service was discreet and efficient. The place was very clean, tucked away in a village 7 km from the road, with lovely scenery and plenty of peace. There's also a TV room for anyone who wants to stay glued to the screen. The nightlight had to be covered to get the room dark, and the price felt a little high for what was included.

There isn't a lot to do in the village, but it made a good overnight stop. The couple running the rural house were really nice and even cooked for us. Our room was clean, the bathroom was spacious, and the bed was comfortable.

A week before my July arrival, they told me they couldn't host me, even though I'd booked back in March. They gave no further explanation. The owner did call to apologize and arranged another hotel, but it was 30 km from where I needed to be, so I couldn't stay there as planned.

The owners were friendly and very helpful, and breakfast was delicious. It's a peaceful, quaint house with a large room and a really comfortable bed. My only small gripe is that I'd prefer a shower to a bathtub. 👌

I ended up canceling my reservation, and they were incredibly helpful throughout. They also helped me handle the cancellation through the booking operator. Really excellent customer service.
