Finca Sa Cova Vella

What a fantastic holiday! We felt looked after from the start, with great communication and care from all the staff. Anni and Joan showed us around, and the dogs made me feel at home. We also got to see all the animals, including day-old piglets. We had everything we needed. It feels like a way of life for them, not just a job. We spent two days riding at Naturacavall, where the horses were well trained and the people were kind and knowledgeable. We'll return. Thank you, Emma, Julia and Juliette!

The property is lovely, but it has security issues that haven't been addressed. Keep your belongings locked away and watch them carefully. There's no security camera system, safety measures, or policy for dealing with something like this, and they are unlikely to help if anything happens. We stayed through Airbnb in July. After our host checked us in and showed us around, we went to get our luggage and found a bag missing. It contained passports, laptops, several headphones, credit cards, and new souvenirs from our trip. We were very distressed. We concluded it had been stolen on the property, possibly by a staff member or a friend visiting from a nearby house. The host was dismissive and blamed us, suggesting we might have left it at a supermarket or the airport, even though we knew we'd arrived with it. She didn't help us make a police report or find out who could have taken it, despite speaking fluent Spanish. She seemed more interested in horse trips and friends who were visiting. She also suggested we might have been followed. We expected her to be horrified that this had happened at her property, but she didn't accept responsibility or assist us.

Helena cooked us lovely meals each day with local produce, and the animals were a welcome daily treat. Joan and Annie greeted us with big smiles, and we felt at home right away. The architecture is stunning, with beautiful views and nature all around. The accommodation keeps its rustic feel while still being comfortable and having what you need. It's easy to switch off here, and we left relaxed but mentally stimulated. Thanks, Annie and Helena, for looking after us so well. We'll definitely return.

We came as tourists and left as friends. Joan and Anne made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived, and the people were amazing. The farm's architecture is stunning and the views are beautiful. Helena cooked wonderful food each night, and we had great riding adventures at Natura Cavall. If you love animals and want somewhere quiet to enjoy your surroundings and relax, this is perfect. We'll be back!
