Exe Campus

Parking was easy, and the breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable too. A family room for three can comfortably fit two adults and two children. We had a very good experience, whether for a family trip or business.

Hello, The service and cleaning were pretty good, and we had a good experience overall. Just be aware that the photos on booking didn’t match what we found, with old rooms and furniture. There’s plenty of parking, and laundry service is 300 meters away. Breakfast is available on site for 13€ per person. They charged a tourist tax of about 2€ a day that we hadn’t been told about. It’s not a big amount, but it was an unexpected fee. The hotel is far away from civilization.

They had already taken payment for my one-night booking through booking.com, but when I arrived late, the hotel said they were overbooked and had no room for me. I have a local number, and I found no missed calls or emails showing they had tried to contact me. They claimed they’d attempted to reach me, but I don’t believe they made any effort. They said they’d arrange somewhere else, so instead of the 4-star hotel I’d booked, I ended up in a dirty student residence in the middle of the night. Somehow I was expected to be grateful. I complained to booking.com, but they said they couldn’t help because it was a “partner offer,” even though I’d booked through the official site. The hotel took no responsibility and showed no sympathy or shame. I can’t recommend the place or its staff, and the location is quite far from the city centre. A 4-star hotel shouldn’t treat guests this way.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, which was a plus. The hotel itself is OK, though it doesn’t really feel like a 4-star place anymore. The rooms badly need refurbishment. Sound insulation is poor too. I was on the third floor and could clearly hear two people having a normal conversation on a bench outside.
