I wouldn't recommend staying here, especially with children. The location was very poor, and there was nothing for the kids to do. The house wasn't suitable for cold, rainy weather: water leaked into the room and onto the stairs, and there was so much damp around the windows and in the rooms that the children struggled to sleep. There was mold in the rooms and on the movie screen, and the theater's humid air was hard to breathe. For a luxury price, the value was awful. We had booked a spa day but canceled because the conditions seemed unsanitary. After we complained repeatedly, the owner returned only 50% of the spa cost. He said the house was in perfect condition and that the leaks weren't his responsibility because it had rained so much. The conversation was very unpleasant, and he was arrogant. We won't be back. The damp and mold were the main problem.

Jorge and Ana were incredibly helpful in making my children's 18th birthday celebration such a lovely occasion. The house was amazing for our group and had everything we needed. Mateo had always organized things well, and Jorge is now very attentive too. Thank you so much for making it such a fantastic time.

The house looks spectacular, but upkeep is lacking. There is damp, the doors stick and feel unreliable, and the locks don't work. The jacuzzi photos don't match what is there, and some other features are different too. At present there are two raised jacuzzis for 4-6 people, rather than ground-level ones like in the pictures.

The grounds are a great place for families, with roomy common areas and gardens where children can play safely. We were a big group, and everything at Futurcasa and the bungalows was well organized. The facilities were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the service was both friendly and professional. It made for an unforgettable weekend, and I'd highly recommend it.
