The staff were incredibly helpful and patient with my very basic Spanish, even letting me finish my sentences. When my husband and I each had to spend a day indoors after we caught a bug, the hotel kindly supplied extra toiletries. The men also walked us across the street to show us where the garage was when we rented a space. They spoke English, but were sweet about letting us practice our toddler-level Spanish. I'd happily come back next time we're in Jaca. The rooms were lovely and the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The price didn't feel too high for August, especially since we've paid more for less in the area. There are lots of hikes nearby, and the town is amazing.

On our three-week trip through the Pyrenees, this was our fourth hotel, and the one we enjoyed most by far. The staff went above and beyond, and the room was just the right size for us. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There's no AC, but a standing floor fan and the window kept the room comfortable. The hotel has a few parking spaces in a building across the street, for 15€ a day. Everything Jaca has to offer is close by.

We had a junior suite with three beds, which suited our little family perfectly: two adults, a five-year-old, and a baby. The hotel is lovely, quiet despite being right in the heart of Jaca, and close to everything. The staff were kind and courteous. Ten stars!

We had three rooms for a family holiday, and everyone loved the Conde Aznar Hotel. It felt warm and homey, with lovely, comfortable rooms and beautiful decor. The staff were so friendly and helpful, always making sure we had what we needed. Getting around was easy on foot. The Ciudadela, ice skating rink, and pedestrian shopping streets were all an easy walk away. We drove, but parking was still simple and stress-free. Breakfast at the hotel was well worth it, with lots of choices and a great start to the day. We had a fantastic time and can't wait to return. We'd happily recommend this lovely hotel and its great service.
