We were so pleasantly surprised by the impeccable cleanliness and friendly welcome. The room was spacious, modern and very comfortable, with a mini-fridge, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, toothbrush, razor and other essentials. It felt like a much higher-category establishment. The hotel is well placed near shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.

We only stayed one night, but loved it and will definitely come back. After a long walk, the coffee and water in the very comfortable room were much appreciated. The hostess was professional and friendly, and gave us great tips on what to do and where to eat. It's in the town center, where there's plenty of activity. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

The staff were excellent, friendly and professional, and made us feel comfortable as soon as we arrived. The hotel is clean and well organized. It's right in the town center, so shops, restaurants and everything else are easy to reach. I'd definitely stay again.

We arrived on March 6th for one night and ended up adding another. The hotel sits right at the corner of the main square, full of bars and tapas, with a fantastic atmosphere. Just below there's a great breakfast bar for afternoon tea. Across the street you'll find a kebab shop and the Muscatel Museum, where we met some wonderful people. The hotel staff were lovely, and the girl who showed us around explained where everything was when we arrived. We'll definitely be back! ❤️

It's easy to walk everywhere from this excellent location in the heart of town. The hotel is clean, well maintained and comfortable. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help. They clearly take responsibility and care about their guests. A very pleasant stay, highly recommended!
