The plaza is close by, with places to eat and get coffee, and there's a supermarket just steps away, though it doesn't carry organic food. For that, La Nodriza in Madrid has a great selection. The place itself is simple, clean, and quiet, with a good hot shower and quiet AC. There's no breakfast, and the only cooking option is a microwave, with no pots or pans. The walls are thin and the doors noisy, like elsewhere in Spain, so bring earplugs.

We needed somewhere to stay with my Swedish friends, and this turned out to be a great choice. It's close to Warner and Aranjuez, and the service was excellent.

I won't return. The receptionist tried to photograph my ID using his phone, which I didn't consent to. Then he insisted it was normal and said the Civil Guard had told him so. I don't think they know the data protection law, and I feel I have no choice but to file a complaint about what they tried to do.
