All the staff were friendly and welcoming, including the team at their cafe and restaurant on the main road. I stayed four nights while touring the Picos by bike, and they let me park my motorcycle in their garage, which earns full marks on its own. Great hotel, recommended!

I wasn’t sure at first because the place was affordable and only three stars, but the staff were so wonderful that I’d happily stay again. They were attentive and friendly at both check-in and check-out. The rooms are spacious, with balconies and lovely views. Breakfast was delicious and light, with yogurt, fresh fruit, bread, cakes, tomatoes, cheese, and ham. Potes is easy to reach, and it’s about an hour and a half’s drive to the start of the Cares trail in the Picos.

We had a lovely stay in February 24, and the price didn’t feel high at all. Breakfast was included. The woman at reception and the one serving breakfast in the morning were both really nice and friendly. Our room was very spacious, and the mattress was the biggest I’ve ever seen, as well as super comfortable. Parking isn’t right at the property, but it’s very close.

Our room was tastefully decorated, clean, and spacious, with really comfortable bed linen. The view from the two balconies, which faced different directions, was amazing. Breakfast was good too. There’s no parking on site, but a nearby roadside area has plenty of spaces.
