Everything else was good, and at this price I'd have liked to give the hotel 5 stars, but I didn't sleep well. Rooms 112 and the one beside it seem like the worst choices: they're directly above the main entrance, where the door keeps slamming, and they're on the street. Traffic wasn't too bad, but added to the entrance noise it was a problem. The room door also faces the stairs up to reception, so you can hear people when they speak loudly. The walls seem to have average soundproofing, but noise travels through the structure and frames, especially slamming doors.

I hope to stay here again. My room was quiet, and the hotel was very clean. It's a modern place run by kind, helpful people. Carrefour's enormous shopping plaza is an easy walk away, while restaurants take a bit more walking to reach.

The spa felt like a little paradise, a lovely way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The location is convenient for shops and restaurants, and the staff are professional, friendly, and ready to meet guests' wishes. My room was spacious, clean, and elegantly furnished, with a very comfortable bed that made for a great night's sleep. Fantastic stay, and I'll definitely return.

We arrived late but found the hotel without trouble, and check-in went smoothly. They found a place to store our bicycles. The room was fine, with a nice modern bathroom, though the beds were very hard. There was only one plug socket, and it was a little noisy.

The room was comfortable, with everything we needed, a big TV and free Wi-Fi. The soundproof windows also made for a quiet night's sleep. Staff were very helpful, and at €36 a night it was great value. It's about a 10-minute walk to the centre, and around five minutes to the bars and clubs. We skipped breakfast this time, but next visit we'd go for B&B. We'll definitely stay again in Ciudad real.
