The one lovely thing was the lifeguard girl. Being right by the pool was the only other plus. The apartments are dated, dirty and sparsely furnished, and the reception team were rude and unhelpful. We paid a lot, and the stay wasn’t worth anywhere near that.

Reception service was friendly, and the hotel offered good value for money. The rooms were spacious and air-conditioned, regularly cleaned, and there was good parking. We stayed here during our road trip from London to Menorca.

We had a great stay and felt it was really good value. The staff were lovely and friendly, and while the facilities are a bit basic, they’re more than sufficient and kept in good condition.

We had a really good holiday here. The apartments are nicely organized, and we even got free tickets for the nearby waterpark. Breakfast was great too.

Avoid this place. There were ants all over, and the fridge was rusty. The back stove didn’t work, two electrical sockets were coming away from the wall, and a live earth cable was sticking out of the toaster socket. Someone touching it could have ended up in hospital. The slot for the electric card also felt like it could come right off the wall. We reported all of this to reception, but they just said it was safe and sent us away, even though it clearly wasn’t. This has to be the worst hotel in menorca. It isn’t worth £100 a week, let alone what I paid.
