Caprice Skyline Aparthotel

Our two-level penthouse had several terraces and a wonderful sea view. The hotel sits right at the port, has two pools, and is a pleasant 15-minute walk from Ciutadella city centre. Reception staff were friendly. We enjoyed the stay, though the apartment wasn’t especially clean. It could get crowded in high season, and the large ferries at the port make some noise.

We came back for a second stay and again found everything clean, comfortable, and working properly. It’s quiet, which suits us, and the beautiful city centre is within walking distance. We booked a one-bedroom apartment but got two bedrooms, plus a third room for suitcases, in a spot that was perfect for sunset. The kitchen had a sensible-size fridge freezer, hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle, and was reasonably well equipped. It would’ve been nice to have fresh towels every day. Street parking right outside was easy, though we weren’t there in peak season.

It’s an easy, flat 10-minute walk to the old city, and the hotel is in a perfect spot. Our room was cleaned daily and the amenities were all well looked after. The only small improvement I’d suggest is bigger drinking glasses in the cupboards, since the ones there were tiny. A superb place to stay, and I’ll definitely return.

The views were outstanding, and it’s a flat 10-minute walk into the centre. There are plenty of supermarkets close by too. We booked a standard room for two, but it turned out to have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. I didn’t expect it to be so spacious. There are two pools, a small adults-only one beside reception and a larger pool in the centre. We visited at the end of the season, so there were lots of loungers. The water was a bit cold, but it woke us up and cooled us down after sunbathing. The staff were very friendly, and Carlos took good care of us at the pool bar.
