The location made getting around Menorca easy: Waki Conscious Hotel is in central Ciutadella, with restaurants and shops close by and a bus stop right across the road. Buses go to nearly every beach on the island. The island itself is beautifully clean, and local people were friendly and helpful. I skipped the hotel's breakfast and enjoyed the many nearby terraces instead. There aren't extensive facilities, but in that location I didn't find that a problem. I spent five days there and found the compact hotel clean and cosy, with tasteful decor. My single room suited me well and was very tidy, with a TV, long mirror, hairdryer, and air conditioning. I was pleasantly surprised by the view over a playground and a cosy restaurant terrace. The cleaners came every morning, and the woman who cleaned my room was friendly and respectful. The manager was always available for questions and gave me great tips on places to visit and eat, with links and directions. That made the stay especially nice. It was a very positive visit, and I'd happily recommend Waki Conscious Hotel to anyone coming to Menorca.

I can't compare it with other hotels in Menorca, since I didn't stay anywhere else. This place is beautiful and the staff are super friendly. It's right in the city centre, which is handy for foodies. There's no beach nearby, but the buses all leave from a street just next to the hotel, so it's a good option if you want to visit several beaches.

Getting around Menorca was easy from Waki Conscious Hotel, a short walk from Ciutadella's historic centre and right across from the square where buses leave for all parts of the island. It's a six-room hotel with no reception desk, so you enter with a code, but Raúl is always available on WhatsApp and very kind when guests need something. My room, Plancton, faced a row of tidy little gardens at the back, so the town's busy centre didn't disturb me. The room was very comfortable, with a great mattress and a well-furnished interior, and the new bathroom was large. One ground-floor room also has a small terrace and garden, a nice place for breakfast. There's a shared area where you can have typical Minorcan pastries and biscuits, and make coffee with the provided machine. The hotel aims to be eco-friendly, and that shows in the furnishings and materials. My stay was wonderful thanks to the island and the warm welcome at Waki. Thanks to Raúl and the cleaning lady!
