The only real plus was being right by the pool, and the lifeguard girl was so lovely. The apartments felt outdated, dirty and bare, while the reception team were rude and no help at all. We paid a lot and it came nowhere close to being worth the price.

Friendly service at reception, and parking was good. We stopped here during our road trip from London to Menorca. The rooms were really spacious, air conditioned and cleaned regularly, so it was great value for money.

We had a great time and felt it was good value for money. The facilities are a bit basic, but they were perfectly sufficient and well maintained. Lovely, friendly staff too.

The apartments were well organized, and breakfast was great. We had a very good vacation here and also got free tickets to the nearby waterpark.

The electrical problems alone made this place feel unsafe. Two sockets were coming away from the wall, the toaster outlet had a live earth cable sticking out, and the panel where you insert the electric card felt like it might come right off. When we reported everything to reception, they said it was safe and sent us on our way, even though it clearly wasn't. The fridge was rusty, ants were everywhere, and the back stove didn't work. This has to be the worst hotel in menorca. Avoid it at all costs. It isn't worth £100 a week, let alone what I paid.
