Seranova Luxury Hotel - Adults Only

We couldn't have asked for a better weekend stay. Hotel Seranova is a hidden gem within Menorca, which we also found to be a hidden gem. We chose it because of its high Hotels.com ratings, and it lived up to them. The 200-year-old converted house is just steps from the cathedral in the city centre. There are only a few rooms, and they're incredibly spacious and well appointed. Since it's an old house in the old town, expect some ambient noise from the pedestrian streets outside and from inside the building. That's common in old Spanish buildings in old Spanish towns. The staff were attentive and very helpful. Special thanks to Victor at the front desk and the woman in the breakfast room, whose name I didn't catch, for making eggs to order alongside the included buffet breakfast.

We had a perfect recent stay at Seranova Luxury Hotel. Its location was amazing, and parking on the main square was very handy. The hotel is lovely, with airy, comfortable rooms and a nice little courtyard. Breakfast was delicious and interesting each day. The friendly, helpful staff also provided towels, an ice-block cooler and a parasol for the beach. Nothing to fault, 10/10. We'd definitely stay again.

A lovely little hotel with a spacious room where everything worked. We were above a bar on the 'high' street, but the noise didn't bother us. The staff were really lovely and helped us get a taxi to the airport.

The bells ring every hour, even at night, though I got used to them by the second night. Apart from that, this beautiful boutique hotel has an unbeatable spot by the Cathedral of Ciutadella. It's very clean, and the staff are warm and friendly. Breakfast was a nice buffet that changed a little each day and always had local products. There wasn't a hot buffet, but eggs, bacon and avocado were cooked to order. They also arranged a massage treatment in our room, and it was superb.
